This residential interior design project at Sunway Velocity 2 was defined by a commitment to simple, minimalist design—creating a modern, clean space that feels highly organized and serenely comfortable. Our design approach prioritized light, space, and functionality. We utilized a bright, neutral palette accented by warm woods and subtle textures, achieving a modern clean aesthetic free from visual clutter. The space planning maximized every square foot, ensuring an airy and open feel throughout the apartment.

The execution was precise and comprehensive. We managed the full condo renovation, including strategic electrical wiring placements to support the minimalist lighting plan. Our expert carpentry team delivered floor-to-ceiling built-in storage and sleek cabinetry, designed to be visually integrated and highly functional.
