You have two easy options to start. You can either schedule a site visit with our team, or share your floor plan with measurements. After reviewing your project, Enviz will schedule an online meeting to provide a detailed estimate quotation along with a furniture layout plan tailored to your space.

Condo – RM800 to RM1,200 per sqft (approx RM150k – RM400k)
Includes space planning & interior design, custom carpentry, electrical & lighting, plumbing & sanitary, plaster ceiling, painting & textured walls, curtains & cleaning, project management & coordination.
Terrace – RM2,000 to RM3,500 per sqft (approx RM280k – RM700k)
Includes full design & build, extension, custom carpentry, electrical & lighting, plumbing & sanitary, plaster ceiling, painting & textured walls, curtains & cleaning, project management & coordination.
Bungalow – RM4,000 to RM8,000 per sqft or above (approx RM580k – RM1.5m)
Includes full design & build, extension, high customization, custom carpentry, electrical & lighting, plaster ceiling, painting & textured walls, feature spaces (double volume, staircase, wine room, etc.), premium materials & detailing, curtains & cleaning, project management & coordination.
Commercial Kiosk – RM70 to RM120 per sqft (approx RM40k – RM80k)
Includes custom kiosk carpentry, lighting & display planning, fast-track timeline; ideal for F&B, dessert, or beverage brands.
Commercial Office – RM120 to RM250 per sqft (approx RM120k – RM500k)
Includes full design & build, brand identity sculpture, custom carpentry, electrical & lighting, plumbing & sanitary, plaster ceiling, painting & textured walls, curtains & cleaning, project management & coordination, meeting & collaboration spaces.
